Poila Boishakh marks the new year for Bengalis all over the world. It is celebrated with a lot of special dishes that are cooked. Here is one such beverage which is made during Poila boishakh celebrations.
Raw mangoes Jaggery Roasted cumin powder Black salt Water Ice cubes Mint leaves
Roast the raw mangoes directly on heat and take out the soft pulp by discarding the charred peel.
In a blender, add the pulp of the mango, along with all the spices and water and blend together.
Add jaggery powder to the mix and blend again. Pour in a glass filled with ice and garnish with mint leaves.
