8-10 steamed idlis 2-3 tablespoons ghee 2 tablespoons peanuts 1 tablespoon chana dal 1 tablespoon urad dal 3 dried red chilies 1 teaspoon sesame seeds ½ teaspoon cumin seeds ¼ teaspoon tamarind 2 pinches jaggery ¼ teaspoon salt 1 sprig curry leaves 1 pinch mustard seed

Step 1

Dry roast the peanuts, lentils, and the spices on medium heat till golden brown.
