PM Modi Loves Moringa Paratha: Here Is A Healthy Recipe

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is fond of healthy vegetarian food. He once shared that moringa paratha is one of his favourite dishes. Let us see how to make the paratha.

Ingredients

100 gms moringa sticks pr drumsticks 200 gms whole wheat 1 tsp haldi 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt as per taste Ghee

Step 1

In a pan, add moringa sticks and boil them for 15 minutes. Mash and strain the moringa water. Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder to it.

Step 2

Make a dough with moringa water and wheat. And then make small balls of the dough. Roll them into parathas with dry wheat.

Step 3

Heat a pan with ghee. Cook both sides of the paratha till light brown. Enjoy with some masala dahi.
