Children’s Day is here, and kids are delighted with all the treats they will soon receive from their parents and teachers. However, who said that the treats must be sweet? If your kid likes pizza, feed them its healthier version, pizza paratha.
½ cup boiled corn 1 cup atta Salt to taste Water as needed ½ cup chopped bell pepper 1 cup grated cheese ¼ chopped capsicum ½ chopped onion 2 tbsp pizza sauce 1 tsp oregano ½ tsp chilli flakes 1 tbsp butter/ garlic butter
Saute all the vegetables in garlic butter or normal butter.
Add salt to taste and pizza sauce because you won’t be able to spread on a paratha.
Sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes once veggies are done.
Add a pinch of salt to wheat flour and knead it into a soft dough.
Roll a small portion of dough and semi-cook paratha on one side, add a thin layer of pizza sauce, drop in topping, and sprinkle cheese on top.
Fold the paratha in half and roast it on a tawa with butter. You can also seal vegetables and cheese between two parathas and cook a large pizza paratha.
