1 cup sooji/semolina 1/2 cup rice flour 1/2 cup curd 2 medium tomatoes pureed for the orange colour 1 medium onion finely chopped 1 green chilli finely chopped 1 carrot small grated 1/4th cup French beans chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (finely chopped) ll capsicum finely chopped 1 sachet fruit salt 1 teaspoon salt or to taste 1 teaspoon oil for greasing the appe pan 1 cup water or as required to make batter
1 cup grated cheese 1 teaspoon Italian herbs 1 teaspoon chilli flakes 1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce 10 -15 coriander leaves for garnish (optional )
Take suji and rice flour in a bowl, add onion, green chillies, grated carrot, French beans, coriander, curd and salt. Add tomato puree, mix well
Now add water gradually to make a lump free batter. Batter should neither be too thick or too runny but it is more towards thicker side.
