Piysoon Loon is a classic garlic salt originating from the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand, blending the strong flavour of garlic with the natural taste of Himalayan salt, enhancing the taste of even the simplest dishes.
Green garlic - ½ cup Coriander - ¼ th cup Roasted jeera - 2 tablespoon Ginger - 1 inch Green chilis - 2 Salt - ½ cup
First, take all the ingredients including chopped green garlic, coriander, roasted jeera, ginger and green chilis and blend them all together to a coarse paste.
Now, you can add salt to the paste. Bake the preparation at the 80-100 degrees Celsius, lowest temperature in your oven for 60 minutes until dry or simply sun dry it for 4 hours.
Green garlic salt is ready. You can grind or pound it to make it finer.
