Pinwheel samosa is nothing like the ordinary triangular samosas. This unique snack features a bite-sized, rolled shape distinct from the original recipe. These samosas are getting more popular each day, and making them at home is a great way to enjoy them.
Dough: 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tbsp semolina 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Water
Filling: 2 boiled potatoes 1/2 cup boiled green peas 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1-2 green chillies 1-inch ginger 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp amchur Salt to taste Chopped fresh coriander
Mix flour, semolina, salt, oil, and water to form a dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
Sauté cumin, chillies, ginger in oil. Add potatoes, peas, spices, salt, and coriander. Cool.
Roll dough thin, spread filling, roll up, and slice into pinwheels.
Fry or bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden.
