Aloo paratha is a delicacy that is loved by people of all ages, from kids to adults in India. However, you can make this affair even more fun for the kids so that they will crave these parathas all the time. Here's an easy pinwheel aloo paratha recipe for you to try:
For Dough: 2 cups whole wheat flour Water (as needed) 1-2 tbsp oil Salt to taste
For Filling: 2-3 boiled, mashed potatoes 1 small onion 2 green chillies 1-inch ginger 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves
Mix flour, salt, oil, and water to form a soft dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Roll dough into a rectangle spread filling, roll into a log, and slice into pinwheels.
Cook pinwheels on a heated tawa with oil until golden brown on both sides.
