1 1/2 ounces gin 1/2-ounce applejack 1/2-ounce fresh lemon juice 1/2-ounce grenadine 1 small egg white Cherry for garnish
Take a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice cubes.
Add in gin, applejack, lemon juice, and grenadine. Measure out 1/4 to 1/2 ounce of the egg white.
Shake well for at least 30 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.
