Discover a quick and delicious dessert with homemade pineapple yoghurt. This easy recipe takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, perfect for potlucks, parties, or last-minute guests.
3 cups plain Greek yoghurt 100 ml instant vanilla pudding mix 600 ml crushed pineapple juice
Combine yoghurt and dry vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl. Stir until the pudding mix is fully dissolved.
Add crushed pineapple, including the juice, and mix well. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve chilled and enjoy your pineapple yoghurt.
