Pineapple raita is a sweet and fruity dish that can elevate the look of every festive spread and make it irresistible for guests to avoid digging in. Garnished with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves, it’s a vibrant delicacy that can neutralise the palate after a spicy meal.
½ chopped pineapple 1 cup curd 1 tsp cumin powder Salt to taste ¼ cup pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tbsp sugar ½ tsp red chilli powder
Take a bowl and whisk curd in it to remove any lumps.
Sprinkle salt and powdered spices and give another whisk.
Add pineapple and pomegranate seeds. Combine the ingredients.
If the consistency is thick, add a few tablespoons of water.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve raita with an Indian thali.
