Pineapple raita is an underrated dish that most people avoid thinking about how it would taste. Well! Curd and fruits blend exceptionally well together. It can be your go-to snack during the Navratri fast and on regular days. The refreshing flavour, probiotics, and essential nutrients make it a summer-special delight.
½ cup chopped pineapple 1 cup curd ½ tsp red chilli powder ¼ cup pomegranate Salt to taste 1 tsp roasted cumin 1 tbsp coriander leaves Sugar (optional)
Take a pineapple and dice it into small rectangles.
Mix pineapple slices with curd.
Add salt to taste. You can avoid sugar since fruit has a natural sweetness.
To elevate flavours, add roasted cumin powder and chilli powder.
Mix everything and garnish with coriander leaves.
Enjoy raita as a snack or serve as a condiment with a meal.
