Made with pineapple, tequila, orange liqueur and aperol, this cocktail is perfect for summer celebrations.
5–6 big bite-sized chunks of pineapple 3 ounces lime juice 3 ounces tequila 1.5 ounces orange liqueur 1.5 ounces aperol Lime wheels for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the pineapple chunks and lime juice until it’s broken down. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass.
Use the muddler to push through as much juice as possible and discard the solids. Return the juice to the shaker and add rest of the ingredients.
Fill with ice and shake for a good 30 seconds of so. Pour into two glasses and garnish with a lime wheel.
