500 gm crushed pineapple 250 gm paneer 50 gm sugar 3 to 3 strands of saffron Food colour 2 tbsp ghee Chopped nuts
Heat a pan and add ghee. Add paneer and crushed pineapple. Let it boil.
Once it starts to bubble, add the food colour. Cover and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Then, add sugar and saffron. Sauté it for 5-10 minutes or till it leaves the sides of the pan.
Garnish it with chopped nuts and serve!
