This ultimate summer cocktail takes pina colada and mashed it up with a margarita.
1 cup cream of coconut 1 cup coconut tequila 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits 1/2 cup pineapple juice plus more if needed Juice of half a lime 3-4 cups of ice Lime wedges for garnish
Blend all ingredients in a blender until ice is completely crushed.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Serve immediately.
