Phalsa, also known as black currant, is one of the most exotic fruits in our country. This small reddish-black fruit has a sweet and tarty flavour and is loaded with health benefits.
250 gms Phalse 2 tbsp Sugar 2 Lemons 8-10 Mint leaves 6-7 Ice cubes
Take phalse in a bowl and wash well. Drain and transfer into a blender.
Add sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves to the blender and blend well.
Blend to a fine consistency, strain, add a couple of ice cubes and serve chilled.
