Different types of seasoning you buy from the store might be very expensive. It may be shocking to know that there are various seasonings you can make at home with half the price and absolutely minimum effort. Make this peri peri masala at home to enjoy with your fries and other dishes.
2 tablespoons dried chilli flakes 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all the ingredients.
Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed.
Store the masala in an airtight container.
Use it to marinate chicken, fish, or tofu.
Sprinkle it on roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or popcorn.
Mix it with mayonnaise or yoghurt to create a flavourful dip.
