This light and spritzy cocktail combines spicy ginger and sweet pear. Top with some bubbles and enjoy.
2 oz. of NOLET’S Silver Gin 2 oz. of pear & ginger syrup 1 oz. of fresh lemon juice 1 piece of ginger Prosecco or sparkling wine 1 sliced pear and sprig of thyme of garnish
Combine all your favourite ingredients in a cocktail shaker, except Prosecco.
Muddle ginger to release its flavour then add desired amount of ice and shake vigorously.
Pour the mixture into your favourite glasses.
Top with Prosecco and garnish which your choice of toppings.
