Peanut salad is a great way to satisfy your hunger in a healthy and nutrient-rich way. Try out this peanut salad, which can easily be stored in the fridge and eaten whenever you like.
1 cup peanuts 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon honey Salt and pepper to taste
Combine peanuts, carrots, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Have it with your ranch or salsa dressing.
