You don't have to go for classic chutney selections while having your plate of pakora or samosa every time you crave them. Make this delicious peanut chutney with your pakoras to try something new!
1 cup roasted peanuts 2 green chillies 1 tablespoon grated coconut 1 tablespoon tamarind paste 1 tablespoon jaggery or brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon chat masala Salt to taste 1/4 cup water
Combine peanuts, green chillies, coconut, tamarind paste, jaggery, cumin powder, red chilli powder, water, and salt.
Blend until the chutney is smooth and creamy.
Add chat masala.
Taste the chutney and adjust.
Serve with pakoras.
