Pastel Pink Baileys Strawberry Colada Cocktail

A cross between a berry milkshake and a potent cocktail, this strawberry colada is rich, creamy and the perfect upper this Valentine’s Day.

INGREDIENTS

45 ml coconut rum 4 strawberries, hulled 30 ml fresh cream 15 ml Strawberry Baileys

METHOD

Blend all the ingredients together in a nutri-bullet with lots of ice.

METHOD

Serve chilled topped up with a few slices of fresh strawberries.
