Pasta Ka Vaasta - Steps To Make Red Sauce Pasta

Red sauce pasta is the perfect combination of tangy and creamy texture and flavour. Let us see how to make it, step by step.

Step 1

Boil the pasta of your choice and keep the pasta water aside. Mix some olive oil in the pasta.

Step 2

In a pan, heat up some olive oil. Add garlic, green chillies and diced tomatoes to it. Cook till the tomatoes are soft.

Step 3

After cooling the tomato mix, grind it smoothly into a paste. in a pan, heat some olive oil.

Step 4

Pour the tomato mixture into the pan and cook till it starts to leave oil. Add the boiled pasta and pasta water.

Step 5

Add oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Add fresh cream before taking the pasta off the flame. Serve hot.
