Garam Khakhra Papad Churi is a delectable snack that is perfect for savouring the flavours of tradition as the joyous celebration of Paryushan starts.
Crush some khakhras and papad in a mixing bowl.
In a large kadhai, put a lot of ghee and some oil, then put some jeera, hing, and namak.
Toss in the crushed khahras and papad in it and mix well until they have gained the yellow color.
Then turn the heat off, add in red chilli powder, mix, and it is done!
