For a quick, flavourful snack during Paryushan, try these Instant Idli Bites. Made with poha, suji, and curd, they are light and satisfying.
1 cup poha (washed and drained) 1/3 cup suji 1/2 cup curd Salt to taste 1/4 tsp dry chilli powder
Mix poha, suji, curd, salt, and chilli powder. Shape the mixture into bite-sized pieces and steam for 7-8 minutes.
Heat oil; add jeera, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, hing, chilli powder, and sambar powder.
Add steamed idli bites and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with chutney.
