Want to enjoy cheese during the Paryushan month but hesitant about store-bought options? No need to fret; we've got you covered. Here's an simple recipe to craft your very own cheese spread using basic ingredients.

1 litre full cream milk Juice of 3 lemons 1 packet plain eno fruit salt 2 tbsp water a pinch of salt a pinch of turmeric powder (optional) 1 tbsp ghee 1 tbsp milk while blending

Heat 1 litre of full cream milk to the smoking point. Now squeeze some lemon juice. Stir continuously to let it curdle.

Strain and wash the curdled milk, squeeze all the water and transfer the cheese to a blender.

Separately in 2 tbsp of water mix 1 Eno packet. Transfer this mix to the blender with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder. Add 1 tbsp of ghee and 1 tbsp of milk. Blend it to a smooth mix

Transfer to a container and cover with its lid. Refrigerate until it sets. Now it's ready for use.
