2 cups water 1 tsp rice flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder -1 tsp dry ginger powder -2 tbsp red chilli powder -1 tsp jaggery powder 1 tsp black pepper powder

Heat water in a pan and add salt. Also add ghee and rice flour.

Cook the rice flour on low flame for at least 2 to 3 minutes.

When done, remove it from the gas and knead it into a soft dough.

Flatten the dough and then, cut thin strips. Now, fry these strips in medium to hot oil.

When done, take out these strips and sprinkle all the spices on it. Mix well and serve these no-potato French fries.
