1 cup wheat flour 4 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp ajwain 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tbsp fennel 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp black pepper 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp hing 1 tbsp hing chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp amchur powder 1/2 gathia 1 tsp garam masala Salt to taste 1/2 cup moong dal paste Oil to fry

In a bowl, add wheat flour, ajwain, salt and 4 tbsp oil. Mix well and make a dough.

Heat a kadhai and dry roast coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper and cumin seeds. When done, crush them roughy.

Heat oil in a pan and add oil. Add the prepared masala, hing and crushed gathia. Add all the other spices and mix well.

Now, add moong dal paste and stir the mixture so that there are no lumps. The stuffing is ready.

For kachori, take a small portion from the dough and roll it. Add stuffing and fold it.

Roll this kachori using your hands and fry it in oil. First, fry in high flame and then low flame to make khasta kachori.
