Trying to lose weight? This quick and easy papaya smoothie can help.
1 papaya (diced), 1 cup curd, few ice cubes, 1 tsp chia seeds, cherry cubes for garnishing
Peel the papaya and cut it into small pieces.
Then, in a blender add curd, chopped papaya, and ice.
Blend the ingredients well until they form a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds to it.
Garnish with some cherry cubes and enjoy!
