Papad Ki Sabji: Try This When Your Don’t Feel Like Eating Veggies

If you don't have any interesting veggies in your fridge and want to try something unique yet traditional, try making papad ki sabzi. This delicious recipe is not only easy to make but is also impressive without any veggies. It goes perfectly with rice or roti, too. Keep reading!

Ingredients

10 fried papads 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 inch ginger 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste    1 cup water 1 tablespoon oil

Step 1

Add cumin seeds, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder in some oil. Cook for a few seconds.

Step 2

Add water and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 3

Add the fried papads to the pan and simmer for a few more minutes.

Step 4

Serve hot with rice or roti.
