Panta Bhaat and Aloo Pitika, A Fermented Breakfast Dish

Panta Bhaat and Aloo Piyika blends savoury rice with potatoes and onions to create a delightful and healthy zero-oil breakfast. Ideal for a quick, filling meal. 

Step 1 

Take some leftover boiled rice, mash it a bit, add water and rest it overnight.  

Step 2 

Add salt to it in the morning and mix it well. 

Step 3 

Mash some boiled potatoes, Green chilli, chopped onion and Coriander add salt to taste. 

Step 4 

Roll it into small balls and keep it aside,

Step 5 

In a bowl add some paani bhaat and potato ball, mix and enjoy!
