1 cup rice flour 1/4 cup urad dal 1/2 cup water 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste 1/2 cup grated paneer 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped tomato Oil for cooking
Mix rice flour, urad dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Make a smooth batter and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Stir in grated paneer, chopped onion, and chopped tomato to the batter.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot griddle and spread it into a thin, round shape.
Cook until golden brown on both sides and the edges are crisp and serve.
