Paneer Saagwala is a very healthy, protein rich dish that you can have for lunch and dinner. With paneer and spinach in it, this Indian delicacy is protein rich and easy to make too!
500 gms palak 200 gms panner 2 tbsp oil 1 onion 1 tomato .5 inch ginger 5-6 garlic cloves Turmeric powder Salt Red Chilli powder Fresh cream
Wash the spinach properly. Blanch it along with onion, tomato, ginger and garlic.
Make a smooth paste of the blanched veggies. In a pan, heat up oil and add the paste.
Add the powdered spices to the spinach [ate and cook on medium flame till colour becomes darker.
Add the paneer cubes to the gravy. Cook on low flame for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cream and serve paneer saagwala with hot chapati.
