A perfect dish for all occasions. Just 30 minutes and simple ingredients, you can have this amazing dosa for your lunch, dinner or breakfast meal. It's also a good source of protein and is a tasty alternative to regular dosa.
For Rava Dosa Batter: 2 bowls of Rava 1 bowl of curd 2 pcs 1 inch ginger 2 pcs green chilli 2 Tbsp wheat flour 4 Tbsp honey 1 bowl of water
For Paneer Stuffing: 250 gm paneer 1/2 bowl boiled green peas 2 large onion finely chopped 1 green chilli finely chopped 1 inch ginger finely chopped 2 3 sticks of green coriander leafs finely chopped 1 Tbsp mustard oil 1/2 Tbsp cumin seeds 1 dry red chilli 10 curry leaves 1 Tbsp turmeric powder 1 Tbsp coriander powder 1/4 Tbsp garam masala
Blend the curd with finely chopped ginger and chilli. Make a smooth paste of this mixture. To this mixture, add rava, whear flour and honey, some water. Mix it well and keep it aside for at least half an hour to get your rava dosa batter.

To a heated pan, add mustard oil. When oil is hot add cumin seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves, finely chopped onion, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well. To this, add grated paneer and peas. Mix well and your stuffing is ready.

Spread the batter thinly on a tawa, add oil to its edges, flip to cook both sides. Now spread some prepared paneer stuffing and fold from sides and roast till golden brown. Serve with sambhar or chutney.
