This dish combines the flavors of Indian cuisine with the popular Mexican dish. Soft and tasty snack!
4 large flour tortillas 1 cup grated paneer 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Take a pan and heat oil add in chipped onions and bell peppers. Sauté them well.
Now Add grated paneer, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped cilantro and mix well. Cool it down a little. Now in a tortilla wrap Spread a generous amount of the paneer mixture
Add over the cheese. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the paneer mixture and press down gently.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drizzle with oil. Place the quesadilla in a pan and cook.
Make sure it’s golden brown on both sides. cut them into wedges. Serve hot with your favourite salsa dressing.
