Paratha is one of the most common breakfast options. Originating from North India, it is now a staple across the world. To make a quick and healthy breakfast, try this paneer pyaaz paratha.
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup grated paneer 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Water as needed
Mix whole wheat flour, grated paneer, chopped onion, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add water and knead the dough till smooth.
Divide the dough into ball-sized portions. Roll into thin circles.
Heat a tawa and cook on both sides till golden brown. Brush with ghee.
Serve hot with achaar and raita.
