Paneer Pakora: A Perfect Snack To Pair With Your Tea

This crispy snack is made by coating paneer pieces in a besan batter and deep fried till golden brown. Here is an easy recipe, make it at home.

Ingredients

1/2 cup besan, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp green chilli, salt to taste, 3 tsp soda, 500 gm refined oil, 250 gm paneer

Step 1

In a bowl, add besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chillies, soda and salt for taste.

Step 2

Mix them together and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. In a wok, add refined oil.

Step 3

Coat the paneer with batter and deep fry the paneer till golden. Serve hot with a cup of tea.
