This delectable appetiser blends creamy paneer tikka with crispy toasted baguette pieces and a rich tomato-based makhni sauce.
200g cubes paneer 1 cup tomato puree 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves Bread slices Olive oil
In a pan, heat oil and butter. Saute ginger-garlic paste.Add tomato puree, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Lower the heat, stir in the heavy cream, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add paneer cubes to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes until well-coated. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the paneer makhni.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Brush bread slices with olive oil. Toast the bread slices in the oven.
Now Spoon a paneer makhni onto each bread slice. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve and Enjoy!
