Paneer kofta is a delicious vegetarian dish that you can enjoy guilt-free. Here is a healthy recipe for all you fitness enthusiasts.
200 grams paneer 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste 2 tablespoons besan Salt to taste 2 chopped onions 2 tomatoes, pureed 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder Ghee
Combine crumbled paneer, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, besan, and salt.
Shape into balls and fry in ghee until golden brown.
Sauté onions, add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and spices. in another pan. Cook until ghee separates.
Adjust gravy consistency with water and simmer. Add garam masala powder. Place paneer koftas in the gravy and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with cream if you want.
