Paneer Ki Kheer By Neelam Agrawal To Fix Sweet Cravings

Ingredients

1 cup grated paneer  1/4 cup  desiccated  coconut  1/2 cup coconut cream 1 tbsp ghee 3 cups skimmed milk 3 tbsp coconut jaggery (you can replace it with sugar candy, sugar or jaggery) 1 tsp cardamom powder 1 tsp rose water

Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the desiccated coconut on low flame till it gets light pink.

Step 2

Now, add paneer and fry for 1 more minute. Add milk and cook on low flame until it thickens.

Add cardamom powder and let it cool.
