A crowd pleaser, paneer do pyaza can boost your feast like nothing else. Bursting with aromatic spicy tossed with paneer chunks, it is an ultimate dinner dish.
150 gms Paneer 1/2 cup Tomato puree 1/2 cup Onion paste 1/2 cup Onion (cubed) 2 Cardamom 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Red chilli powder to taste Salt 2 Green chillies 1 tbsp Chopped coriander 1 tsp Kasoori methi 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Coriander Powder
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cardamom, green chillies and let it splutter.
Now add, ginger garlic paste and onion paste. Cook until onion paste gets little brown in colour.
Add tomato puree and cook for 3-5 minutes. Now add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and saute for a minute.
Add water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add cubed onions and paneer into the gravy, cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes again.
Now add kasoori methi and mix well. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatis!
