The soft and melt-in-your mouth paneer shouldn’t be limited only to the main course. Try paneer 65, garlic paneer and more for starters for your next party.
Cottage cheese aka paneer is mashed and mixed with onions, coriander leaves and spices. Patted into a round shape and dipped in cornflour, it is fried and served hot.
Give a garlicky touch to your starters with this recipe. Marinate paneer cubes in garlic, onions and red chillies, toss in a pan and enjoy.
If you’ve tried the fiery chicken 65, you’d know how tasty it is. Flavoured with curry leaves, pop paneer in your mouth and you won’t be able to stop.
The same paneer mixture made for a cutlet can be given a different shape by being wrapped in skewers. Coat well, deep-fry and pair with tomato ketchup.
This is another deep-fried delight that is stuffed with the soft and moist paneer. Shaped like nuggets, the crispy snack works well with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
