A deep-fried snack made with crumbled and moist paneer mixed with boiled vegetables and spices, an ideal party starter or appetizer.
For cutlet:2 cups paneer1 cup potato 2 tbsp onion ½ cup carrot 1 green chilli½ tsp ginger paste½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder2 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tsp aamchur, ½ tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp salt, For maida paste: ¼ cup corn flour, ¼ tsp pepper, 2 tbsp maida, ¼ tsp salt, ½ cup water, Other ingredients: 1 cup bread crumbs, oil for shallow frying
To make maida paste, combine 1/4 cup corn flour, 2 tbsp maida, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup water. Blend thoroughly to create a batter with a smooth, flowing consistency.
Make a little ball-shaped patties by using your hands with oil. Now dip the paneer cutlet into the prepared maida paste, coating all sides.
Now nicely coat the bread crumbs to all sides. Or can use crushed corn flakes as they give nice texture.
Now shallow fry in hot oil, flip occasionally till it turns golden brown.
Now finally, serve these delicious panner cutlet with mint dip or desired sauce.
