This quick and healthy breakfast is made with paneer chunks tossed in tomato-onion gravy full of rich spices.
400 gm cottage cheese 2 onions 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste ¼ tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves Coriander sprig for garnish
Grate cottage cheese on a plate. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and green chillies, sauté well.
Add onions and salt, mix well and cook till onions turn golden. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
Add cottage cheese and coriander and mix well. Serve hot.
