Loaded with calcium and protein, paneer bhurji is a delicious and easy way to start your day. It also helps in shedding those extra kilos from your body. So, here is a simple recipe to make paneer bhurji for breakfast.
400 gm cottage cheese 2 onions, chopped 1 tablespoon oil 1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste ¼ tsp turmeric powder Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 2 green chillies
Grate cottage cheese on a plate. Chop green chillies. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies, sauté well.
Add onions and salt, mix well and cook till onions turn golden. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
Add grated cottage cheese and chopped coriander and mix well. Serve hot garnished with a coriander sprig.
