Palash Phul is a really pretty edible flower which is bitter in taste and has a bright red colour. The flower blooms in humongous trees during February to April. Try out this unique dish with the easiest recipe.

2 cups Palash Phul 1 onion 2 tomatoes 2 green chillies 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 2 tablespoons oil Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Heat oil and add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, chopped tomatoes and cook.

Next, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and salt.

Add the cleaned Palash Phul (Flame of the Forest flowers) to the masala. Stir well.
