Palak Soup: Iron Rich Soup For Evenings

Fresh spinach is used to make palak soup, a bright green treat that is both healthy and warm. It is a popular choice for people who want to eat something healthy because it tastes fresh and is good for you.

Step 1 

Heat a pot, add oil, and sauté garlic and onions until they turn translucent. Add chopped spinach and cook until it wilts.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Blend the mixture to a smooth consistency.

Step 3
