Palak and paneer, both nutritious ingredients are ideal picks to prepare a meal rich in protein and vitamins. You can combine them to prepare a delicious paratha that can be savoured for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
1 cup atta 1 cup chopped spinach ½ cup grated paneer Salt to taste Water as needed ½ tsp ajwain ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 chopped green chilli ½ tsp pepper 2 tbsp coriander 2 tbsp ghee
Combine atta salt, ajwain, spinach, and red chilli powder. Knead it into a dough with water.
Let the dough settle while you prepare the paneer mixture with salt, pepper, red chilli, and coriander leaves.
Roll a small amount of dough into a disc and stuff it with paneer. Roll again.
Spread the paratha on a hot griddle and apply ghee over the edges and surface.
Roast both sides of the paratha until the dough is cooked to perfection.
Serve palak paneer paratha with pickle, chutney, and raita.
