Palak Paneer Appe A Nutritious Snack With The Goodness Of Spinach

Palak Paneer Appe is a delightful dish that combines the richness of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) with the goodness of spinach. These savoury, bite-sized appe are not only flavourful but also nutritious treat.

Step 1

Blanch 1 cup palak for 3-4 minutes in warm water. Add it into a mixer grinder, add 3-4 garlic cloves, 1/8 piece of adrak, 1-2 green chilli. Grind it well.

Step 2

Take 1 cup sooji, ½ cup curd. Add water gradually till you get the right consistency. Add the palak mixture, salt as per taste and grated paneer. Mix everything well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare a tadka in ghee, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add this to the batter and add ½ tbsp eno and give it a mix. Grease some oil/ghee in appe pan, now add this mixture in each cavity.

Step 4

Cook from both side and serve it with your favourite chutney. Enjoy
