If you are bored of regular besan pakora, why not add a healthy element to it? Surely, you don't like the taste of blanched spinach as it is. Try to make this palak pakora at home with the goodness of spinach leaves and the taste of crispy fritters.
1 cup spinach leaves 1/2 cup gram flour (besan) 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste Oil for deep frying
Mix blanched spinach, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, and salt with water to make a thick batter.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry.
Dry the oil and serve with tea!
