Palak is rich in vitamins, iron, folate, and potassium. It is healthy to consume for breakfast, dinner, or lunch. However, if you want to kickstart your mornings with a nutritious meal, try the palak chilla recipe.
2 cups besan 1 cup palak puree Water as needed Butter as needed 80 grams of grated paneer Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp cumin powder 1 green chilli 1-inch ginger
Wash spinach thoroughly and blend it with ice and green chilli.
Add palak puree to besan and make a smooth but thick blend.
Season the batter with salt, red chilli powder, and cumin powder.
Spread this batter over a hot griddle and add butter on the edges.
Cook the chilla and add grated paneer on the top.
Fold the chilla and enjoy it with ketchup on the side.
